Pros

I'm so glad I started to work at Trovata! It is clear that management believes in everyone's ability to take ownership of their role and is very supportive and reasonable. I get to do the work I want and I have all the tools, support, and the right environment to be successful. Everyone is really friendly, talented, and capable. They hire great people.

Pros

Total belief in their employees to get the job done. Supportive management with a tight feedback loop from the front lines to executives. The company is willing to take risks, try new things, and stay flexible. Combination of inbound leads, outbound leads, and partnership leads. This company is making big waves and will continue to reap the benefits of the seeds they've been planting.

Cons

regular startup stuff- adjusting the service based off feedback and functionality gaps that need to be addressed. Alos, selling into the C-suite for CFOs and Treasurers require enterprise selling experience for success

Awesome team, great work culture and a very smooth interview process. Big thanks to Natalie, company's recruiter who was very flexible, polite and professional in conducting the interview process. I had undergone 5 rounds of interview comprising of discussions with HR, Peer manager, Senior Management, CTO and final round with the CEO. Every member of the team seems energized and confident about their product and technology. A fun, easy going and energetic work culture, Fully Remote and great compensation . Offer accepted, looking forward with excitement to work with the team.
