Good benefits, bad pay

Pros

Work is not so overbearing that time over 80 hours is always required, or even often required. Medical benefits are amazing. Bonus has been reliable.

Cons

Financial compensation is low. There is a deepest mistrust of some levels of management. There is a mentality of "us vs them" with the UAW, and it is reciprocated.

Pros

Great Health insurance and PTO. Ford A Plan discounts Other employee's are friendly Upper management is generally friendly Little to no WFH opportunities Note: John Lowery is longer CEO. Ford managers now run the business.

Cons

Little to no room for growth. No direction on how to move up in company. No formal training for new employees. Quickly loosing work and major layoffs. Pay doesn't keep up with inflation.

You Thought Old Management Was Bad...Think Again

Cons

The new management team from FoMoCo that was brought in shortly after moving to SRP is a joke. They do nothing but run fundraisers and bake sales. People are being laid off left and right because they can't seem to figure out how to bring in work from Ford Motor Company and they are Ford employees! The pay is a joke, the review process is useless and the raises might as well not exist. No loyalty to any employee even after putting in your time and effort.
