-work outside -see some interesting places -periodic 4 day work weeks

Cons

- insane amount of daily work you are expected to do - not safe or healthy physically or mentally - treated like a disposable robot and not a human being - seasonal- layoffs with little warning for unknown periods of time, ranging from 2-4 months in winter in Ohio; hard to support a family on unemployment for that long - motivation by fear and intimidation - top priority is hitting the budget numbers at all costs - health benefits are costly and not very good - no feeling of community with such a high turnover rate - sales department is dishonest
