      Pros

      The people are great to work with. You meet so really great people. You get a good tan and get in shape those fertilizer bags are not a joke. Plenty of overtime. Good pay

      Cons

      The overtime when you first get hired you get told 4 10 days with occasional overtime. In reality your working 5 and sometimes 6 days a week. I was starting at 6 am everyday and getting back the shop and getting every thing taking care of there around 630 pm. And I was normally one of the first back. I was averaging 65 hours a week and I think I peaked one week at 70 hours. And last minute calls.

      the pros are if you hit your goals everyweek you have an awesome pay! Great Opportunites to advance and make good money! great people to work for and benefits are awesome as well
