Pros

The guaranteed salary, benefits after 60 days. Paid training. Company provided "TruGreen" Polo shirts. Being paid weekly is nice versus being paid on a two week basis. You are given a company issued iPhone.

Cons

Completely unrealistic 6 day a week, 9 hour a day (6 hours on Saturday) schedule selling door to door (uugghhh!). The "salary" means that with this schedule you make $50 over minimum wage a week. With NO overtime pay (you are salaried remember) According to the manager I interviewed with their "best" salesman average $850 a week including commissions. And you have to sell a TON to make that on an ongoing basis. Although you are given a "route" you are NOT given ANY residual income to work this "route". In other words, its upsell constantly whether the client needs said service or not if you want to make better $$.

Pros

Are you kidding me? There are absolutely no pros with this place. Unless this was your last resort I guess there's one pro, it's a job.

Cons

Run from this place. ..let's start off with their broken down trucks and equipment. . You'll be stranded! There's no organization, no communication and just an overall sucky place

Pros

Good salary plus commissions, good training at the local office. Support excellent, people good to work with and for.

Cons

Commissions are low--you have to sell $10,000 per week to get a 10% commission. Downward sliding scale to $1500. I was told when interviewed that when we got out to do door to door it would be 1PM to 4:30PM, and then we would be back to the office to make calls. Turns out that you are expected to start as early as 11AM and go until sunset. Door to door is what killed it for me. That and working those kinds of hours Monday through Saturday. You will have no life.
