Pay is ok. That’s about it.

Cons

Your every move is tracked. The standards that you are held to by upper management is silly. Regardless of if your sales are there or not, your manager will constantly come down on you and your team for not hitting enough doors in the day, again, despite contacts or sales being at projection or higher. Good for if you have 0 sales experience, but climbing the ladder doesn’t seem to be very fun or rewarding.
