Pros

Beautiful corporate office. Seemingly friendly company culture. Promotes from within.

Cons

Recruiter l - No training, unachievable, high– volume, daily metrics. 200 calls per day/40 phone screens per day/22 interviews per day. Before hire date, notification was given to management of a pending surgery and affecting job performance. Company would not offer accommodation to allow time for recovery, building up to daily metric requirements.

Pros

Money is great while the sales are coming in and some of the benefits are “ok” at best.

Cons

This Job has no time for you to have a life outside of work. While management treat you like animals and expects you to dedicate everything to make you successful and while degrading and sometimes making you feel sucidial due to the pressures that are put on you. I get it sales has its highs and lows but this company doesnt try to understand that. They feel micromanaging you helps you do better but in the end the micromanaging turns into public humiliation and it makes you feel like you can never do your job right. The Hr department does nothing to assist the employees noir does it even attempt to try and fix these problems. They never make you feel like your apart of the team but instead you are an expendable assest and you have no value to the company. Despite what forbes said about the company I am curious if this is truly a happy work environment why is the turnover so high??? This company will drain you till you have no juice left to keep going. Also the company never takes responsibility for its actions with the horrible customer service that it can provide.
