Horrible Place to work

You get a discount on service for your house & thats the only pros!! You could make decent money if you are lucky & work a ton of hours
Cons
Work all the time so there will be no work/life balance. Get used to working 6 days a week as they only care about sales #’s. Management is too lazy/cheap to get proper solicitor permits for each city as required by most all cities. If you don’t make 2-3 sales a day be prepared to be beat down by management saying you are doing it wrong & have to do ridiculous role plays so they can continue to point out what you are doing wrong!! Management is a complete joke & they only care about sales #’s so if you don’t hit a minimum of 2-3 sales a day/15 plus sales a week be prepared to be beat down for failing. Required to cold call bad debt customers & cancels to generate revenue for branch & those customers are irritated because they have been called 20 times by 20 different people. Work environment is toxic & you will be miserable!!!
