Pros

Outside all day, and on your own can be a treat. Great exercise. Reasonable pay

Cons

Working around chemicals is likely bad for you. It's not uncommon to have to put your hands in weed control to clean a filter or unclog this or that. Alot of driving everyday which can be dangerous. Saturday shifts

Thank you for sharing your previous experience with TruGreen. We’re glad you enjoyed the independence of working outdoors and found the physical aspect of the role and the compensation to be positive. We understand your concerns about chemical handling and safety. The health and well-being of our team members is a top priority, and we provide training and protective equipment to ensure all safety protocols are followed. That said, your feedback is appreciated and will be used to help us evaluate and improve our processes. We also recognize that the amount of driving and weekend shifts can be challenging and continue to look for ways to support a better work-life balance. We appreciate your contributions and wish you continued success in your career.

Pros

They provide a laptop and monitor for employment.

Cons

Salary is below average, they attempt to offset with annual bonuses, but business isn't good enough to meet targets to obtain bonus. Company culture is a culture of micro management, you will be micromanaged by your manager, in addition to managers from other departments, even as a manager. Culture is toxic, people will take credit for your work and then get promotions from it. History of unethical behavior from leadership, many complaints to the ethics line.
