Excellent growth opportunities. Rewards for great performance. Good health benefits and 401K. Great job security (company in business over 40 yrs and the largest company in the industry). Great training programs (started as entry level sales rep and moved up). Nearly all the managers have all started at the entry level. Overall the company expects hard work but rewards it. Long term outlook for the company very bright, (recent merger of TruGreen and Scotts lawn care have made TruGreen even larger) Base pay paid on time, all the time. Bonus and commissions paid out on time, all the time. Very clear goals and commission guidelines.

Long hours during peak season(s). 6 day work weeks during peak season(s). Outside work during summer months are hot.
