      You get in shape and lose weight

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid. Vehicles break down weekly thus hindering production and because of this our paychecks are affected. It would be very wise to never start working for this company.

      Base salary plus commission is so much better than 100% commission! lots of room for advancement. Good benefits!! Good management staff and current employees are very willing to help the brand new ones

      Sometimes the Saturday work gets old but it is the hard to truly say it is a con because so many people are home

      Pros

      Excellent growth opportunities. Rewards for great performance. Good health benefits and 401K. Great job security (company in business over 40 yrs and the largest company in the industry). Great training programs (started as entry level sales rep and moved up). Nearly all the managers have all started at the entry level. Overall the company expects hard work but rewards it. Long term outlook for the company very bright, (recent merger of TruGreen and Scotts lawn care have made TruGreen even larger) Base pay paid on time, all the time. Bonus and commissions paid out on time, all the time. Very clear goals and commission guidelines.

      Cons

      Long hours during peak season(s). 6 day work weeks during peak season(s). Outside work during summer months are hot.
