Pros

Money is there as long as you give your family and hobbies up. I enjoyed the people I worked with even local management

Cons

Upper Management are morons. They change scripts, rules, hours and policies without notice. I have watched them protect thieves and fire non producing saints. They break labor laws daily by denying breaks and vacations. They call leads multiple times a day simply driving there customer base away.

Pros

it is better than no job at all

Cons

Long days, asked to do wrong things to customers just to get your day done. Management treats you like you are of no value except for the money you are asked to bring in each day. The company has a christian message, but Christ is not in this company. All the equipment is in need of repair, and you are the one expected to repair it. The turn over is so high that some customers lawns are never going to get better because the newbe doesn't care. The training isn't that complete so you are learning on the go. and I could go on and on and on.

Pros

If these are pros... Get to work outside No body else likes or believes in the company either For the 3 moths I was there 5 different employees told me to run away from trugreen (which I did)

Cons

Tell sales people to mislead clients in order to make sales 90% of technicians suck so even if they should, in theory, be able to take care a lawn, they don't If people do not have solicitors licenses for a city managers tell employees to wear different shirts and tell police that we are AT&T employees and are "checking on past AT&T customers." Commission in on a draw so if you can't sell the product within a few weeks you end up owing the company money...what? The excuse management gave us for this behavior was that "the whole service industry is like this so we should just go along with it."
