A good Ol boy system where your skill/ talent will not always be allowed to shine because you were not with the company for many years. HR is a joke and they do not care about the people in the field getting exposed to harmful chemicals and damaging their skin. They will use and abuse you like a tool and threaten to throw you away for any warm body off the street. Hostile and passive aggressive work environment at times.

If you look closely, most of the positive reviews here are from the management. They have to do this to counteract all the realistic low ratings from employees. You can't trust the ratings with this company as they are masters of rigging the numbers to make themselves look better than they really are. The sad reality is this is a sinking outdated corporation desperate to hang on and stay relevant. Motivation is by fear and intimidation. You will be deceived, exploited, and then discarded. You will be treated as a disposable robot. Dishonesty is the norm, and I agree with a previous review that you just don't feel good about yourself working here as you are encouraged to deceive people on a daily basis to keep your job. If this is the line of work you want to do, then you will be better off inquiring at a local small business that does the same thing.
