      TruGreen is the best bet for improving and maintaining lawns.

      Pros

      - large company can offer more to customers at a lower price to the customer - the option to work Saturdays for the majority of the season - overtime hours - handheld technician computers

      Cons

      - work in all weather conditions including moderate rain - upper management is slow with employees requests - round scheduling is not ideal for customers or the tech

      Pros

      -0- commission was at times agreeable. Management was unethical at best, and at worse, perpetrated illegal acts. The fact that they are still a functioning company is mind blowing.

      Cons

      Yes, they're all "cons". As an employee, you are asked on a daily basis to call, and for all intents, and purposes, harass people, who in quite a few cases, have been dead for several years.
