      Pros

      Good benefits, that end the day you leave or get terminated.

      Cons

      Top heavy company, the longer a person is there the less they do. Gms are never there, its a lazy man or womans job. There marketing style is so old and stale. They show no innovation what so ever. The employees who have been there for a while are terrible leaders. And generate know new revenue, they just work the system by reselling bad debt clients. And the service dept sends the least experience techs to the most affluent neighborhoods and do a terrible lazy job.

      They paid me on time at least...

      - Let me start this by saying my manager was fired for being arrested, then rehired as a manager because they could not find anyone else who wanted the job - If you didn't meet your sales goal they would deduct it from your pay check - Was told to sell in areas we did not have licenses to do so - Many of the technitions would ghost" lawns which means they would pull up to the house sit in their truck for 10 minutes and then leave - Most of our lawns looked worse than lawns people took care of themselves (see above) - Company took advantage of their employees (worked 12+ hours a day for the same pay many times) - Many more...
