Pros

The base pay wasnt bad, and commission plus bonus incentives were appealing.

Cons

Poor training. I needed to learn more about how to SELL and not as much about WHAT I was selling. The stress and anxiety from being a less than desirable salesperson compounded since weak earners were focus of daily meetings. I became more and more mentally and physically unwell, and could not take enough time off to be treated properly. They DO NOT handle mental illness very well. I eventually was forced to quit.

Pros

TruGreen has a great compensation plan. Their benefits are top notch. You really have an unlimited earning potential at Trugreen.

Cons

The biggest downside to TruGreen is the schedual. Nights, 6 day work weeks, and then laid off for 2-3 months. It is hard to set a budget working for TruGreen, so just be careful.
