Pros
There are absolutely no pros. This job is underpaid for all the work they expect to slave you to do
Cons
Treat you like human slaves. You need to do $1200 worth of work for the company or they get pissed at you. Half of them are free service calls which means you have to do 25-30 houses a day to meet your quota. They have sales incentives but you have to fight to get the cash for your truck door to door sales you bring the company. Got into a car accident that wasn't my fault and they fired me and treated me like a criminal and withheld my pay, even when I gave advanced notice to come and get it. I would never work here again nor recommend anyone take this job. You work 12 hour days, starting at 6 am, and you do labor intensive work all day and have to drive 40-60mins back to the main office. For $14 an hour, this job is severely underpaid. Management didn't even ask once if I was okay after my accident. Stay far away from this company!!!
