      Pros

      With so many chiefs fighting to keep their jobs, you could usually work at your own pace which is nice.

      Cons

      Complete lack of planning for most major projects and no consideration given for other's workload. Unrealistic expectations of completing huge workload in a small amount of time. Praise is given to those who upper management likes...not to those who deserve it.

      Pros

      One of the leaders in the industry with large national service footprint. Large support network of peers and industry professionals. Likely the best compensation packages in the industry.

      Cons

      Always looking to "find itself"; continous change. Senior management has trouble relating to field issues. Systems are aging, cumbersome, and inefficient. Plagued by poor implementation of new programs, reporting, or policies .
