      It was OK. It seems they had made changes in response to some of the employee criticisms listed in the past

      Pros

      the 20% sales commission was decent sales manager very supportive branch and sales management was good co-workers were friendly, helpful and supportive excellent training program given off-site for several days

      Cons

      on site training poorly organized - mostly listening to staff and ad hoc role playing poor use of technology longer hours than needed 6-day work week

      Pros

      as a csr only thing good is when i can make a customer happy. Which is very hard.

      Cons

      its all about the money, no concern for our customers answer call and get off fast. you will be rated on time on phone call and amount of call. then they through in mystery call and to pass them you must spend alot of time on call. Answer calls from other branches and you don't even know the weather there or the techs. There is no personal care in customer service anymore it jumping from branch to branch to get answers why customer has not been treated. Don't let me get started on managment or HR they have blinders on and say well we spent alot of money on new phone so this has to work. Well the new phones are not working and customers don't like it.
