      Pros

      Compensation, bonuses, benefits, free underground parking, climate-controlled underground tunnels between buildings, jeans on Fridays, on-site cafeteria and gym, many opportunities to move around the company

      Cons

      Workload peaks and valleys sometimes have much more peaks that can lead to longer days/nights/weekends especially if on a high-profile project. Cafeteria food has gone downhill in recent years, but at least we have one on-site.
