      Pros

      competitive pay, underground parking, on-site cafeteria, coffee café.

      Cons

      has turned into a sweatshop. Annual evaluation system unfair...use a bell-curve for each work group (some have to low performers, even though they may not be, and only a few can be top performers even though more may be). work-life balance getting out of balance.

      Great benefits; flexible work schedule; small bonuses every quarter; friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      Management blatantly engages in favoritism, leading to many good employees being ignored. They proclaim an "open-door" work environment but once you state your concerns it goes in one ear and out the other. High turnover; including in management...I had 5 different managers in 4 1/2 years. The pay is below average. Management is too numbers focused; also, they're aren't many opportunities to advance or "move up" in the company.
