Nationwide company that allows people at the store level to be able to transfer if needed.

Cons

They are not consistent as to how they treat their employees. It depends on who you are. The benefits to the employees are not the best. They are always trying to see what else they can remove as a benefit. To the extent that when you leave, your health insurance is cut off that last day instead of the end of the month like every other employer I have worked for. Not very sensitive.

Great Company to work for and for the most part everyone works together for the bigger picture. Good benefits and 401(k).

Cons

Underpaid. Little to no overtime for the hourly workers. Bonus systems are almost completely unachievable. Computer system is from the Stone Age.
