Good experience for entry level but not worth the stress of dealing with management trying to monitor/control even the most minute detail down to the email.

Cons

Didn’t feel like I could communicate with management in a constructive manner without being chided. Had to always be aware that I wouldn’t have management’s support unless it was their idea and passed to me, very controlled environment but from managements POV. Multiple occasions where management would pass the blame to me or manipulate problems to be my fault and any attempt by me to provide backup or reasoning would be stamped down and ignored.
