Pros

Great people at the SSC, really great culture. CEO and the rest of upper management know everyone's name regardless of who they report to and are always incredibly friendly and engaging. Great environment - as long as you take care of your business and work hard you won't have a problem with anyone. Management is very open to suggestions and criticisms and it is just on the face, they will actually listen and implement change based on what their people are telling them. Overall an great place to work.

Cons

Communication could be better between field team and SSC (HQ) team.

Pros

I have worked for TruckPro for about one year. Store management and personnel are very knowledgeable and respected by local customers. Truckpro customer service with on time deliveries including special orders sets an industry standard.

Cons

Without a mechanical background there is no advancement opportunity. With a mechanical background advancement opportunities are very limited. Payscale is very low in any position.

The truck parts market continues to grow in a manner where I anticipate there will be ample opportunity in the years ahead.

Cons

Corporate culture seems to be a battle between the old guard . . . who remember how great things were back in the day, and a handful of new folks who are struggling to move the company in the right direction.
