There are not pros to working here.

Cons

Everyone is a hothead. They all point their fingers at each other and no one takes blame for anything. DC yells at everyone an a daily basis, and berates all the employees in front of the others. VERY HOSTILE AND TOXIC INVIRONMENT.

People in my department were nice.

Cons

Didn't have much interaction with any other department. People with "titles" think they can treat everyone else below them like garbage. You get talked down upon often and blamed for things that are not your fault. There isn't much room for growth.
