The food we make is great

Worst job I have ever had. The management and upper management do not care about the people they only care about the bottom line and putting money into their own pockets. We work extremely hard to put out a great food and give good service and they don't even give us a thank you. We are under staffed for the volume, NO PTO even if you are full time, bad benefits all so they can make their bonus.

Meet great people, free coffee, learn about sustainable foods

Cons

Only 35% discount and food is already very expensive. If you are trainer no great benefits for doing a ton of extra work. They give you a punch card like a Dublin Donuts coffee one. For every 10th training you get a 100$ which is only 10$ to train someone. And spend extra time being there. Don’t do it!
