      Here 5+ Years. Great to Absolutely Horrible

      Lenient to the point that you can expect to be unprepared at every rush.

      Cons

      BOH Head Chef would rather give side-eye and dirty looks to FOH workers than to confront any of his issues head-on. Management values favoritism and has no means of addressing that issue.
