Pros
The best compliment I can give the company is that you get to work with very very smart, motivated people. TrueCar offers an energetic work environment where you feel that your individual contributions really do make a difference and your improving your own skills by learning from other knowledgeable employees. Great salary / bonus structure, stock options and added perks all on top of working at the beach. Who doesn't want to work at the beach!
Cons
Due to feverish growth, there can be a lot of jockeying for resources / assistance to get things done. Organizational structure and synergies could be more clearly communicated (I'm nitpicking).
