Pros
The team here is the strongest I have ever seen - and I've been working in start ups for several years. We're working at the most exciting company in the automotive industry as well as the local start up world. Being extremely technology focused, the company is constantly evolving and building new, innovative products. The senior team is strong and sound, as is my coworkers. If you want a real challenge and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and sprint away, then I can't imagine a better place to work.
Cons
The general pace is pretty intense - this place is not meant to be for the faint of heart. I feel like we move so fast at times that we may not stop to mentor as much as we should. I just wish we had a chance to stop and enjoy what we've built, but that will come is due time.
