      We've gone through a lot of changes recently and although it was difficult to see the organization restructured, I'm excited for the vision under our new CEO.

      With change comes a little uncertainty, you have to be ready to jump in no matter what your role/level

      Leadership is terrible, very obviously terrible. No room for growth.
