      Not for the faint. There are many workstreams and a lot of meetings.

      Onboarding and Culture is Top Notch

      Pros

      I'm a returning alumni with TrueCar. The onboarding into the company and my team was bar none the best. It was back in person and flew me to Texas. This put me in the focus mind set with no distractions to focus. My Regional Manager then did another week of training on internal processes and Dealer visit expectations. Virtual onboarding is know comparison to an in person interactive training class. TC strives to set you up for success, the rest is on you.

      The OT was great when I was a temp.

      Cons

      HR "leadership" couldn't be bothered to change out of her gray bathrobe when she "hopped on a call" to lay me off.
