      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Most of the people are smart and amiable. Modern tech stack. Nice office and good equipments.

      Cons

      Some of the decisions made by upper management in Tech are limiting the innovation the company can make. Too much reorganization and lack of clear direction. Too many people left recently. People are rewarded by their relation with upper management and showmanship rather than their actual performance and impact. Lack of growth opportunities, managers lacking on providing career growth plans for their employees.
