      Pros: - great engineering culture - modern stack - clean codebase - CI/CD - tc+ and e2e car-buying - great/smart co-workers - remote first w/ great work life balance

      Cons

      Cons - difficult industry - chip shortage (temporary) - undervalued (this is probably also positive)

      Pros

      Full time software developer here for 3+ years, and loving it. We get to work on cutting edge tech, at scale. Strong culture of getting it done, quickly and correctly. Good mix of learning and coaching. I don't understand the small handful of ultra negative reviews on this site. Perhaps a few bad apples?

      Cons

      Not enough meeting/conference rooms We don't get to hear from the executive team often enough. I mean, the talks are great, so keep them up, but can we get more? And with more time for prepared and on the spot questions?
