Most people that work there are nice.

Cons

Management doesn’t tell you about all you have to do. They throw things on you as you go along. They favor some people and allow them to do what they want. They call you a liar when you tell them the truth. Horrible place to work.

Totally old-school mindset when it comes to WFH/hybrid schedules. Per the headline, a BIZARRE atmosphere with personally-motivated, completely emotion-driven decision making disguised as business decisions. Office locations undesirable and poorly maintained. Crazy high turnover due to widespread dissatisfaction. Those who last are those who go along to get along with micromanaging senior leadership. All around weird and bad.
