You receive some gift cards. It is a rewarding position as you develop a sense of achievement when you assist patients (primarily elderly) with conflicts.

Cons

Training was disorganized and insufficient There appear to be cliques between existing employees, and you receive minimal help from supervisors

They throw great holiday and seasonal parties.

Cons

Unorganized, terrible management and HR, the lack of communication and resolution of issues is insane. I could honestly go on and on but the bottom line is if you would like to keep a peace of mind, my suggestion would be to explore other career opportunities.
