Pros

The team is awesome - bright, fun, dedicated people. We're making roads safer through cool tech and bringing value to our clients. The team cares immensely about employees and has done a super job during covid to ensure we are all taken care of in these crazy times. We're in a great financial position and hiring like crazy - come join us!

Cons

Like most startups, there is so much going on! Our clients want to do so much so fast and the industry is changing so quickly that the pace of activity is significant.

Pros

Kind & brilliant team, positive mission, good opportunities for career advancement in the right roles/areas, lots of folks with a good sense of humor (the frequency of laughter is one of my very favorite things about working here). The company generally looks out for its employees. TrueMotion is on a steep growth trajectory and in a really strong place in a market that's heating up. They've shown they can improve, too, and some of the things I would've listed as cons in the past are no longer big issues. Lots of flexibility around work hours, and in Covid times, location. Decent benefits, some great, but largely in line with what similar companies offer.

Cons

There's a reluctance to hire enough people to do the work that the company has committed to doing — this results in unreasonable workloads and a lot of pressure for some folks, at times. The social mission gets mentioned a lot, and occasionally gets served incidentally, but it's taken its seat firmly in the way-back, while $$$ sit behind the wheel.
