Pros

- Huge opportunities to succeed! The industry just realized the value of the telematics data and we have been here! The company definitely has big advantage - Very strong business team from the domain!!!! Came from the same industry as our customers, so we know what the market is looking for, we speak with the same languages as our customers! - The same as many successful tech startups, we adopt new technologies very quickly and with minimum layers of approvals needed! This makes you stay in front of the technologies very easily! - Great personal career progress opportunity! Promotion happens quarterly! - Great people to work with, very fun, knowledgable in their domain and we mingle across different teams, a lot of expertise from different domains, you can really learn a lot! Very good culture. - CEO knows the business very well, is very approachable and cares about each team member as much as possible, so do other other executives. This is not common in a 200 ppl company.

Cons

- Just like other fast growing startups, it could be chaotic and a lot of No.1 priorities at the same time. Need to speak up loud to get clarity. - There are quite some tech debts because we always move fast and grab the new opportunities, but in the end, these tech debts have to be addressed.

Pros

Very employee-focused while still being very customer-focused. Working on creating a diverse workplace. Flexible work schedule is good for working parents. Despite being a startup, understanding of work-life balance.

Cons

As is true with many Agile environments, sometimes timelines and deadlines are unclear. It is necessary to be able to work on multiple projects at once, so might not be a good fit for someone who is not good at splitting their time among multiple tasks.
