      Pros

      Great team and impressive customer base, experienced and responsive management team, flexibility on remote work, company has been in business for a long time, a lot of opportunity to impact growth.

      Cons

      Some course correction required after strategic changes but company is now headed back in the right direction.

      They Keep Losing Good Employees

      Fair annual salaries and benefits package.

      Cons

      Leadership team is not respectful of peoples time. They overwork their salaried employees. Asking the team to work a few extra hours to complete a project isn’t a big deal, but if they need to work a lot of extra hours as a general rule, then the company should hire another team member.
