      Pros

      I have one of the best supervisors/managers that I have ever worked with. The company exudes a great work culture that promotes work/life balance

      Cons

      Firmly under the influence of Microsoft. Most of the work is contract based.

      A great place to work

      Opportunity to grow, intelligent people, interesting work, good pay and benefits, flexible work/life balance, focus on people growth, variety of projects

      Cons

      Sometimes we are very silo'd due to the nature of our work, but this isnt necessarily a con.

      Exciting opportunity

      Pros

      Contracting firm that allowed me to work in a very exciting and fast moving government environment. They had great benefits and communication within the organization was good.

      Cons

      The only complaint that I had while employed at this company rested with the client I was working with. I don't have anything negative to say about True Tandem.
