      Pros

      Excellent work-life balance. You are treated like a person and not just an employee. I love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone. I learn new skill on a daily basis, and the team does not mind mentoring when necessary.

      I can not think of any Cons/Negative feedback about this company.

      A great place to work with great benefits

      Pros

      Lots of career opportunities. Despite many businesses closing down or shortening hours, we are going strong and getting a lot of new business and staffing new positions. Easily able to telework and communicate with co-workers as needed, with quick response times. Great benefits - 4 weeks PTO a year and 401K match to name a few Good people to work with, very considerate and knowledgeable of IT solutions that work in these "Covid times",

      Cons

      Not able to go in to the office and connect with co-workers, but that is totally due to Covid-19!

      Pros

      TrueTandem is once again a good place to work. Management focus has shifted and the company is returning to its roots. The ownership has resumed the day to day operations of the company.

      Cons

      Restoration of customer relations remains a challenge but it's happening .
