Pros

Not many. Salary and benefits are competitive, though employee contribution for health insurance coverage is expensive.

Cons

Highly disorganized and constantly reorganizing everything: staffing, processes, policies, technology, systems, etc. Not a collaborative or collegial working environment. Long hours yield more work with little appreciation or recognition.

Pros

Learning opportunities, especially how NOT to manage A lot of diversity hires to drive improved metrics

Cons

Not a tech company but pretends to have strong technology foundations. Poor executive accountability into impact of their decisions and reduction in morale Poor communications across the board due to high stress and short timelines for critical deliverables. Shared services quick to assess blame and slow down activities to apply fixes in production. Too many old managers from previous banks that never grew their skills - just who they know "back in the day". There is no significant career growth unless someone leaves Management forcing teams into offices that are not prepared for them and then hiding behind "HR" mandates
