Good group of people to work with, great place to learn some new skills. Shop was well organized and the work wasn't as tedious as some other production shops I'd been in.

Cons

Getting a raise was squeezing water from a stone. Quit because they didn't give me the raise that they had promised.

A lot of great people work here. The shop is clean and well organized.

Cons

The wages are low and the benefits are poor. The employer doesn't appreciate what skilled labor is. The management is unprofessional and will harass and insult you arbitrarily. If you put in extra effort and get a job to run really well they'll only cut you down for it.
