Monday to Friday, and weekends off

Cons

Bad Management, Low pay for a skilled trade, Minimum wage with no chance of a raise, Always switching insurers to save a buck. NO INCENTIVE, NO GRATITUDE

the hours are quite ok

Cons

Really bad management you are totally replaceable people treat you really bad in there no progression the supervisors dont know what they are doing, and if something goes wrong they blame the operators all the time, even if you just do what they told you to do if you are friends with the management you may get a better job, even if you dont know how to do your job properly

Creating items to help women going through one of the toughest times in their lives. Good supervisors who want you to succeed in both life and the workplace. Fantastic coworkers, best part of the job, the people you work with. Warm friendly and inviting.

Cons

There seems to be a disconnect sometimes between staff and management.
