Pros

The everyday worker genuinely cares here. It's an absolute shame that so much potential is squashed and squandered due to the incompetence of upper management.

Cons

Something changed in the company during the pandemic. Morale is at an all time low. Major lay offs in middle/upper management has left massive holes in the chain of command and workloads are now assumed upon others. I am disappointed with my experience with this organisation. It is clear that their management is complete and utterly incompetent. Communication is abysmal, with no timely responses to inquiries and an overall lack of transparency. Let's talk about their exorbitant prices for benefits that are hardly worth the cost. Adding a dependent to the policy? You might as well take out a second mortgage on your house. It's astonishing how much they will deduct.. the benefit's are unattainable for the majority of honest workers. What I mean by this is that it will cost you over $600 a pay check to insure a spouse.. (don't even ask about insuring a child as well). How on earth can they bang the drum about how much you care when they clearly couldn't care less about your employee's who only want a stable career and to look after their families. It's incredibly frustrating to entrust the health and well-being of a beloved pet to a company that can't take care of their own.

Pros

Great benefits, ability to work remotely

Cons

Leadership is incompetent. You will be micromanaged 24/7. This company does not care about pets, they care about profit. No one in management can seem to agree on what the proper procedures are, so you will get conflicting information constantly. Management is seriously a joke. Untrustworthy and they don’t understand what the job actually entails.
