A company that doesn’t care for their employees

Hired as translator but then they fit you wherever they want

Flexible schedule Now they have better benefits

Cons

They mess up the payrolls regularly They do not explain the contract to the employees and don’t explain benefits. The HR department is inexistent, you will be left on your own when you have questions. Working conditions and policies change often. They just care about making money. There is no respect or recognition for the employee’s hard work.
