- Really low income - Bad Health coverage - No perks.

Co-workers are great! Definitely a team atmosphere, a "we're all in this together" environment.

Cons

Poor pay, poor communication, little to no recognition of accomplishments, milestones or true role.

- Very flexible work hours - Good place for followers and if you just want to "do your job and go home"

Cons

- Cheap, low pay & no benefits at all - Cheap labor = low quality, always - Very poor management, they really need to hire people qualified to manage a company - They don't listen to their employees, and they take bad decisions - Can only get promote is you are part of the inner circle, or if you agree with the boss - You can get overworked easily - No appreciation for those who push for a better company - Few tolerance for breaks/lunches - Too many incompetent people
