Only one I can think of is the nice people you work with.

Cons

They try to bully you, adjust your time sheet to make sure you only get 40 hours. Always short handed, so you have to do the work of 2 or more people. They say they give bonuses if you pass your shops but always find a reason to fail you.

Trustco likes to promote from within and bases that on experience and how well you interview. They are flexible with their education requirements for the right candidate with the right skills and experience. Lots of opportunity to move around and gain experience in different departments as well as to move up into better titles.

Cons

The pay structure is the lowest in the market. High turnover.
