Pros

They teach you the best ways to con customers and cheat the system to add fees where other banks would not dare.

Cons

Banking system is way out of date. I could have stole more of our customers money faster if they just update there network.

It is good for people who has no college edcuation.from regional to VP are not college edcuated.

Cons

no room for growth. low salary. Inaddition,employee don't stay long. every branch new faces every week. If employeework more than 40 hours don't get paid. some times manager or assistance manger get a warnning for allowing some one work over time.
