Horrible bank from top to bottom. Nepotism in the senior management and too much work for branches that offer the worst pay out of any bank near them.

The Clients are nice people, and have been banking there for may many years. Kind people!

Cons

Terrible place to work. The Florida “leadership” is inept and lacks accountability. They blame all issues on the branch staff. Almost none of these branches are fully staffed… most are spread thin, covering for other branches either because a person quit or got fired. It’s a revolving door of employees honestly. If you like work like balance… run away! From Branch admin, to the “leadership” up top…. If you need anything of importance, they will ignore you and hang you out to dry. Don’t waste your time here.

Easy way to learn banking Depending on the branch, you'll get a lot of slow days so it's not too overwhelming

Doing manager-level work for teller pay Getting paid for 33.5-36.5 hours a week despite being full time Poor quality insurance Tempermental boss and clueless higher ups A lot of the experienced workers are leaving so half the people here barely know how to do their job
