      Pros

      Can move up quickly but you’re learning the hard way- on your own. As long as you’re fake and bring in mortgages, you’ll be rewarded.

      Cons

      Absolutely everything. They lose the most hard working people who actually LIKE their job. Also, they do not drug test, which allows them to pick up people off the street.

      They do not care about employees or customers. Just what "looks" good to investors. SO much employee turnover.

      Pros

      Great way to build your customer service skills, meet new people, see a wide variety of diverse people, while building trust and close relationships with customers. They promote from within so there's possibilities to go up from part-time teller all the way up to branch manager and higher if you choose.

      Cons

      Unfortunately high turn-over rate resulting in little coverage for managers to network and do marketing outside the branches and also very poor hands-on training. This company heavily relies on in-branch training which can be a good or bad thing depending on the manager that trains you. Patience is rare. Branch managers don't get paid nearly enough as they should for how much knowledge is required for them to know.
