      Pocket of genuinely good/capable people who unfortunately still work here

      Cons

      Without airing out all the horrendous details, here's a few summary points -You'll be micromanaged to the point of questioning your own competence. Doesn't matter how many years of experience you have, someone higher up read a book that says otherwise. -Its a revolving door. The GTM team has either quit or been fired a full 3 cycles of employees. -Tech was at one point best in class, and is now fairly table stakes. You deserve better, you've worked too hard, go somewhere else

      Pros

      Truv company is not for everyone. But this can be said about any fast-growing startup. This company is for those who have strong experience, are deeply immersed in business, is ready and wants to use his experience as effectively as possible. You should be the initiator of endless experiments in an attempt to create a better product and a better company. Decisions are made very quickly. If you have a complete vision and analytics, it is very easy to get the green light. The company is willing to invest in hiring in an attempt to hire the top 5% of the market. Therefore, you will find the best managers and engineers in key positions.

      Cons

      You won't have time for long onboarding. You will be expected to make a quick profit and coming here you should be sure that you can give it.

      Product works and the competition continues to jack their pricing up.

      Cons

      Management. My advice is to not trust several of these corporate shill reviews. Find a few ex-employees on LinkedIn and ask them. You’ll get the picture pretty quickly…
